# 11 月 6 日，规范个体经营者停止活动福利的第 32/2100 号法律生效

上周六，11 月 6 日，第 32/2010 号法律生效，为因停止活动而建立的个体经营者建立了具体的保护制度。

正如我们在 8 月份宣布的那样，“新保护的覆盖范围， 对于所有享有职业意外事故保护的自营职业者来说，这是强制性的。该法生效之日起”。

对于农业个体户特殊制度的个体经营，根据该法第八附加条的规定，保护法律制度的确定留待今后的监管制定。

 对于没有承保职业意外事件的个体经营者，为了获得停止活动福利，启用了三个月的特殊时期（2010年7月11日至2011年2月6日），以便他们可以选择此保险，从做出上述选择的下一个月的第一天起生效。
