# 12 月 28 日关于劳工改革紧急措施的第 32/2021 号皇家法令摘要

12 月 28 日第 32/2021 号皇家法令，关于劳动改革、保障就业稳定和劳动力市场转型的紧急措施。

于2021年12月30日在英国央行发布，并于2021年12月31日生效，某些条款于2021年3月30日生效。

此次RDL所包含的改革旨在降低临时就业率，以及劳工权利的恢复及其保障，以及推动轮流解约等内部灵活性措施，寻求西班牙劳动力市场的转型。

这些变革得到了社会对话的认可，是工会组织 CCOO 和 UGT 以及商业组织 CEOE 和 CEPYME 经过长期谈判过程达成的，旨在对西班牙劳动力市场进行结构性改革，以打击临时就业和不稳定就业。
