| 2008年11月25日关于劳动和社会保障监察电子留言簿的决议。       该决议于2008年12月3日生效，其主要条款是：  * 这 公司和个体工商户工作场所必须持有劳动和社会保障监察员来访簿的人员， 可以通过在电子留言簿计算机应用程序中注册来请求更换上述义务。。其授权相当于将其授予中央劳动和社会保障监察机构。     * 要获得电子留言簿的使用授权，必须证明每个使用电子留言簿取代传统留言簿的工作中心已 至少一台带有智能卡读卡器设备的个人计算机，可以通过互联网访问电子留言簿应用程序.     * 有权使用电子留言簿应用程序的公司和自营职业者将请求将电子留言簿分配到其工作中心，维护其用户的信息，查阅所执行程序的内容，并通过应用程序本身请求从电子留言簿中注销。 通过使用公共管理部@firma平台认可的电子证书.     * 授权请求必须通过公司注册办事处所在省份对应的省级劳动和社会保障监察局或中央机关监察特别局提出。     * 申请范本可在劳动和社会保障监察局网站上查阅[http://www.mtin.es/itss](http://www.mtin.es/itss).     * 当请求取消最后一个有效的电子留言簿时，电子留言簿中的公司或个体工商户的取消将自动发生。  --- |
