# 了解个体经营者的新福利 RD-Law 2/2022

2月23日， [皇家法令 2/2022](https://www.fraternidad.com/es-ES/download/real-decreto-ley-22022-de-22-de-febrero-por-el-que-se-adoptan-medidas-urgentes-para-la)[,](https://www.boe.es/boe/dias/2022/02/23/pdfs/BOE-A-2022-2849.pdf)采取紧急措施保护个体经营者、向保护就业的结构性机制过渡以及拉帕尔马岛的经济和社会复苏，并扩大某些措施以解决社会和经济脆弱状况。

这项新规则为自营职业工人群体提供了两种类型的援助，并扩大了 RDL 18/2021 中规定的对拉帕尔马自营职业工人群体的具体援助。它们是：

1. 对于在 2022 年 2 月 28 日之前收到的自营职业者的缴款豁免，第 1 条规定的援助。 9 月 28 日 RDL 18/2021 的第 10 和 11 条（第 1 条）。
