# 强制使用口罩

卫生部决定，自 1 月 10 日星期三起，所有卫生中心强制佩戴口罩。自该日期起，Fraternidad-Muprespa 已在其医疗中心应用了该措施。

根据卫生部长的通报命令， 莫妮卡·加西亚,  之所以采取这一措施，是因为流感、COVID-19 和呼吸道合胞病毒 (RSV) 感染的季节性浪潮“同时出现，就流感而言，其发生强度比前几个季节更高”。

该命令规定，协调行动声明将“直至卫生部长批准其有效期结束，并事先征得国家卫生系统地区间委员会同意”为止。

案文证明了采取这一措施的合理性，因为“我们仍处于上升阶段，很可能还需要几周时间，疫情曲线才会开始下降。”

使用口罩是控制传染病通过呼吸道传播的基本工具。病人使用它可以减少呼吸、说话、喊叫、咳嗽或打喷嚏时分泌物的排出。此外，它对接受者构成了物理障碍。
