# 吸入职业病清单中的石棉和铬粉尘引起的喉癌

消息

12 月 19 日发布的官方国家公报皇家法令 1150/2015，该法令修改了第 1299/2006 号皇家法令，该法令批准了社会保障系统中的职业病清单，并制定了其通知和登记标准。

本文修改了 11 月 10 日第 1299/2006 号皇家法令，因为“ 自那时以来，科学和医学领域的研究和进展取得了重要进展，使人们能够更好地了解一些职业病的出现机制及其与工作的关系。”.  
   
新颖之处在于，在致癌物引起的职业病清单中列入了新的亚剂， 喉癌，与石棉直接相关，还列出了与该子代理相关的主要活动。   
   
接触石棉粉尘的工作是与使用石棉的行业相对应的工作（例如石棉矿、石棉生产行业、绝缘工作、建筑工作、造船、车库工作等）。   
因此，吸入石棉粉尘引起的喉癌被排除在疑似职业病名录之外，今后可考虑将其纳入职业病名录。 [皇家法令 1150/2015
