#  500 EFQM stamp 



The EFQM Seal (European Foundation Forum Quality Management) is an international recognition that certifies the level of excellence in the management of an organization, in accordance with the EFQM Model. This model is a European reference framework that allows a global evaluation of how an organization defines its purpose, executes its strategy and obtains sustainable results, integrating aspects such as leadership, people management, processes, innovation and orientation to interest groups.

The evaluation and granting of the Seal is carried out internationally by the EFQM itself, a non-profit organization based in Brussels, which in Spain is managed by the Club Excellence in Management as an official partner. This recognition accredits the ability of organizations to effectively manage change, improve their performance and move towards excellence in a structured manner.

Our HFMH has the EFQM Seal at level +500, which accredits a high degree of maturity. It highlights a comprehensive approach aimed at people, results and social impact, highlighting its patient-centered care model, the efficiency of its processes, its capacity for health innovation and its commitment to digitalization. Likewise, it demonstrates responsible management of infrastructure and a people strategy based on talent development, supported by good practices that reinforce quality and the patient experience.
