# ALBACETE (OCTOBER 28) - TECHNICAL CONFERENCE: "PREVENTION IN THE COMPANY: CURRENT IMPLEMENTATION AND LEGISLATIVE NEWS"

Among the activities scheduled around the traveling exhibition “WORK AND HEALTH FROM PROTECTION TO PREVENTION”, currently located at the headquarters of the Delegation of the Board of Communities of Castilla la Mancha in Albacete (Antigua Fábrica de Harinas – Paseo de la Cuba, 27 –Albacete), Fraternidad Muprespa, together with the Largo Caballero Foundation and the J.C.C.M. (Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha) organize, in that same place, the next Thursday October 28 the Technical Day “Prevention in the company: current implementation and legislative developments”.

The Day will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a guided tour of the Exhibition.

It is worth highlighting the participation of Mr. Miguel Hernández Albadalejo, Head of Section of the Occupational Health and Safety Service of J.C.C.M., who will talk about the new Law for the Promotion of Safety and Health at Work of Castilla La Mancha, approved on October 21; This law, a pioneer in Spain, delves into the promotion of training in occupational risk prevention and addresses measures aimed at encouraging the adoption of preventive habits and behaviors in those who intend to obtain public subsidies or sign contracts with the Administration of the Government of Castilla La Mancha.

Ms. Mª José López Ortega, Head of the Labor Inspection in Albacete, will discuss the advisory role of the Inspection in matters of prevention.
