# Back workshop taught in Zamora by Fraternidad-Muprespa

Prevention week

Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security together with the company Ortoplan Orthopedics, have held an interesting day-workshop under the title “Take care of your back.”

It has been presented by Juan Antonio García Asunción, Provincial Director of the Mutua in Zamora who thanked everyone present for their attendance and proceeded to make a brief introduction to the topic, indicating how we can access the Prevention classroom workshops within our corporate web portal.

Subsequently, he intervened Gustavo Mangas Rodríguez, physiotherapist at Ortoplan, who has given an interesting theoretical-practical presentation of the entire anatomy of the human body, especially the back, and has performed a series of exercises with the attendees.

To end the day, Juan Antonio García Asunción took the floor again, thanking all attendees for the interest shown and the speaker for his collaboration on the day.
