# Closing of the Enfoca Talento D project aimed at employing and empowering disabled women in Avilés

The project Focus Talent D, a tool to improve the employability and empowerment of a group of disabled and unemployed women in the city of Avilés, was closed this Tuesday, July 30. The initiative, of which

Ana Fernandez Castro, director of the Fraternidad-Muprespa Delegation in Gijón, participated in this closing event, as well as in the groups of mentors who have worked closely with the group of recipients of this action.

On the last day, a group work session was held between participants and mentors.Juan Carlos Guerrero, Councilor for Housing, Training and Employment of the Avilés City Council,Virginia Carcedo, General Secretary of Inserta Empleo and Deputy Director of Training, Employment and Transformation of Fundación Once, and Beatriz Avila, Regional Director of Inserta Empleo in Asturias, were responsible for the closing of the day, which ended with great success for five of its participants, as they managed to find a job.
