# Conference on the transfer of health data at the provincial directorate of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Palma

This Wednesday, November 14, the provincial management of The meeting was presented by Marian Sbert, provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in the Balearic Islands, who thanked the attendees for their presence.

The presentation of the topic was given by Rafael Domenech, director of the Mutual Advisory and Legal Services Center. Domenech detailed the cases in which Fraternidad-Muprespa is legally authorized to transfer personal data and health-related information of protected workers. Specifically, he spoke about cases of data transfer to the company's own prevention service, to a third-party prevention service, to health personnel from other departments or units of the associated company, and to third-party health personnel from other departments or units of the company. After the presentation, a debate took place that resolved the doubts of the mutualists on these issues.
