# DAY JANUARY 16, 2007 - NEW LIST OF OCCUPATIONAL DISEASES.

General

On December 16, RD 1299/2006 was published in the BOE, approving a new table of Occupational Diseases and establishing criteria for their notification and registration. This regulation comes into force on January 1, 2007.

 The importance of the standard and its novel nature recommend holding a conference like this one in which its content will be analyzed from different points of view., by authentic specialists in the field. We will also know the point of view of the Administration and social agents.

We will take advantage of the day to present the book “New regulation of occupational diseases” of Mr. Juan López Gandia, Professor of Labor Law at the University of Valencia, and of Dr. Javier Aguado Díaz, specialist in Occupational Medicine and Head of Occupational Health at Telefónica de España SAU.

The Conference is aimed at entrepreneurs, Directors of Human Resources, Occupational Risk Prevention, Lawyers, Social Graduates, Labor Inspectors, Occupational Risk Prevention Technicians, Medical Assistance and Occupational Medicine Doctors, Prevention Delegates and, in general, all those people who carry out their activity directly or indirectly in the world of occupational accidents.

The day on "New list of Occupational Diseases" It will be held at the Castellana Conference Center (Unesco Room) and attendance will be free of charge.

Attendees will receive the book “New Regulation of Occupational Diseases” authored by Mr. Juan López Gandia and Mr. Javier Aguado Díaz, speakers at the conference.
