# Delivery of the Bequal PLUS Seal to Fraternidad-Muprespa

The Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa, has received the Bequal PLUS seal led by the president of CERMI,Luis Cayo Pérez Bueno. This certificate distinguishes our Entity as a socially responsible company committed to people with disabilities.

The Bequal certificate is awarded to those companies that, in addition to complying with the General Law on the Rights of People with Disabilities, ensure their social inclusion. Among the policies implemented by the Mutua, its strategic commitment to the inclusion and management of people with disabilities stands out, which has led it to have 2.37% of workers with disabilities in its workforce.  
  
The event was held at the CERMI headquarters, in which representatives of Fraternidad-Muprespa were present,Carlos Aranda Martin, Managing Director;Manuel Porrúa García, director of the HR and CSR center and Eva Maria Ferrero, head of the Labor Relations and CSR area, as well as the managing director of the Bequal Foundation José Antonio Martín Rodríguez, the patron and former deputy Francisco Vañó as well as others   patrons and collaborators of the Bequal Foundation.

Luis Cayo Pérez Bueno, commented “ that people with disabilities have been placed in a situation of exclusion and we are in the historical process of changing, to make an inclusive space. And we are transmitting to real life, to companies, etc. “Let them join the inclusion”. Thanked Fraternidad-Muprespa “the effort made to achieve certification is a procedure that has to be measured with an extensive series of parameters having achieved a good category, the Plus”.

For his part, Carlos Aranda Martín has stated “ the sensitivity that as a Mutual Collaborator with Social Security we have with integration issues, which we have and continue to promote, and which has been reflected both in the first one and in the current Corporate Strategic Plan, being plans carried out with the participation of the Entity's workers." He also explained “ that mutual societies currently have 10% of the surpluses for social assistance, doubling the funds we had previously and that with these, many workers can be helped, among others those who have suffered a sudden disability so that they can continue working.

Francisco Vañó, as patron of Bequal, continues to fight so that people with disabilities are accepted and that this phrase “No one is good for everything and everyone is good for something” helps us understand that we all have a role in society .

The Bequal certificate is an evaluation formula by a third party, which determines the degree of commitment to Corporate Responsibility with Disability in essential areas such as strategy and leadership, human resources management, compliance with the basic conditions of accessibility of work centers and customer service, responsible purchasing, social action and external communication.
