# Delt@ resolution of the ministry

As we have already reported, on June 9, 2021, there was a cybersecurity incident within the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy that left the Delt@ page inoperative. The service was restored on July 2, although with some incidents in access. It was not until July 5 that the Ministry's page began to function normally.

As a consequence of these circumstances, on July 2, the General Subdirectorate of Statistics and Socio-labor Analysis (dependent on the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy) [published a Resolution](https://sede.mites.gob.es/) in which the extension of deadlines for processing in the Delt@ system was established as established by the Order of December 16, 1987 corresponding to the following notification models established in the Order TAS/2926/2002, of November 19:

* Work accident reports.
* Relations of work accidents that occurred without medical leave.
* Relations of discharges or deaths of accident victims.

Said resolution and the subsequent official communication of the reestablishment of deadlines are attached.
