# First aid workshop given in Barcelona by Fraternidad-Muprespa

Prevention week

On April 26, a First Aid Workshop in the provincial direction of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Barcelona, ​​within the activities programmed in the II Prevention Week. The workshop has been taught by Oscar Luquin, Prevention technician of the Mutual and Lydia Garcia, DUE by Fraternidad-Muprespa Barcelona.

The purpose of this workshop has been to provide the entire group of workers with the most basic knowledge to provide effective help to those people who have suffered any type of accident and to train them in the basic techniques of applying first aid, which they can apply both in their jobs and in their daily lives.

It was a theoretical-practical workshop where they learned how to perform a cardiac massage, stop bleeding, how to respond to a burn, etc.

The workshop has been well received among attendees and they have shown their satisfaction with the knowledge gained.
