# Fraternidad-Muprespa adheres to the “More Women. Better Companies” agreement

The Mutual Collaborator with Social Security,Fraternidad-Muprespa has signed the collaboration agreement "More women. Better companies" with the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality to promote the professional promotion of women and their presence in positions of responsibility in companies.

This agreement is managed by the Institute for Women and Equal Opportunities and aims to establish a collaboration framework between the Mutual Fund and the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, to encourage balanced participation of women and men in positions of high responsibility, including management committees. This will be done within a period of four years.

The accession ceremony was attended by the Secretary of State for Social Services and Equality,Mario Garces, accompanied by the director of the Institute for Women and Equal Opportunities,Lucia Cerón.

The commitment includes measures aimed at paying special attention to the selection, professional promotion and internal training processes that are carried out with equity, so that there is a more balanced presence of women and men in them.

Carlos Aranda managing director of the Entity has received a diploma from the firm from the Secretary of State and the director of the Institute for Women and Equal Opportunities.

Later Carlos Aranda and Manuel Porrua, director of the Human Resources and CSR center have ratified the adhesion of Fraternidad-Muprespa to the campaign HeforShe, promoted by UN Women that involves men and boys in the elimination of social and cultural barriers that prevent full equality.
