# Fraternidad - MUPRESPA AMPLÍA EL ALCANCE DE LAS CERTIFICACIONES DE CALIDAD ISO 9001 Y DE GESTIÓN AMBIENTAL ISO 14001 DE SUS CENTROS

The General Director of AENOR, Mr. Avelino Brito has delivered the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates to Mr. Carlos Aranda, Managing Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa.

The first of the certificates has been obtained in 32 Mutual centers for the administrative management of the services associated with the coverage of Professional Contingencies and Common Contingencies of the affiliated patient and ISO 14001 in 3 healthcare centers for all their services.  
   
The ISO 9001 standard certifies that the organization has implemented a Quality Management System that is committed to continuous improvement. Its advantages are fundamentally the improvement of processes and therefore the elimination of the costs of 'non-quality' and it will encourage greater involvement of professionals by getting the job done well and in a sustainable way.  
   
With the ISO 14001 standard, a Environmental Management System which helps prevent environmental impacts and has the advantages of obtaining economic benefits by optimizing the consumption of energy and raw materials and therefore improving processes and reducing legal risks.  
   
Fraternidad-Muprespa in its mission and values ​​is committed to quality. The delivery of these certificates makes us proud as it brings us closer to achieving certification for all Mutua centers.
