# Fraternidad-Muprespa and FOES hold a conference in Soria on special benefits

On May 8, the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa, has celebrated with the Federation of Soriana Business Organizations (FOES), an information day on the special benefits and social assistance of the Mutual Collaborators with Social Security.

Carmen Rubio Valero, Provincial Director of Soria of “Special benefits are financial aid, non-refundable, intended to complete the statutory benefits that Social Security provides for workers who have suffered a work accident or an occupational disease and who, due to their personal, economic or family circumstances, are in a greater situation of need.”.

Next Veronica Cordero Fernandez, Social Worker of the Northwest Territorial Directorate of “The granting of special benefits is the responsibility of the so-called Special Benefits Commission, a team made up of representatives of employers and representatives of workers in the same proportion, which receives the requests from those affected, studies them, evaluates them and decides their approval or denial”.

Finally, the day closed Judit Borobio, technical advisor of FOES, who thanked everyone present for attending the event.
