# Fraternidad-Muprespa and Gea Refrigeración Ibérica, united for Safety and Health at Work

Between October 22 and 28, the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work has launched the European Week for Safety and Health at Work, whose objective is to promote participatory and active safety management. To this end, it carries out various awareness-raising events throughout Europe.

Fraternidad-Muprespa has joined the initiative, participating throughout the week with the company GEA Refrigeración Ibérica S.A. in the development of different activities at its headquarters in Alcobendas (Madrid) and Granollers (Barcelona).

In Madrid,Carmen Alvarado, technical coordinator of Fraternidad-Muprespa, gave a talk on nanomaterials on October 22. On October 24 Felipe Cuellar, head of the prevention group of the Madrid branch of the Mutua, gave an activity with a road safety simulator, to increase driving safety. On October 26 Marta Tejedor, prevention technician at Fraternidad-Muprespa, offered a talk with the title “New and not so new psychosocial risks”.

The activity with the road safety simulator took place at the GEA Refrigeración Ibérica headquarters in Granolles, supervised by Aritz Acebal, and the next day the conference given by Carmen Alvarado, again on nanomaterials. Finally, on the 25th,Oscar Luquin, prevention technician at Fraternidad-Muprespa, has given a talk on Emotional Fitness.
