# Fraternidad-Muprespa and ONCE collaborate to promote the employment of people with disabilities

The Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa has signed the Inserta agreement on February 7 in Madrid, with the aim of facilitating the employment of 15 people with disabilities in the Mutua over the next three years.  
  
The agreement, signed by the managing director of Fraternidad-Muprespa,Carlos Aranda and the executive vice president of Fundación ONCE,Alberto Duran, is part of the operational program of Social Inclusion and the Social Economy (POISES), which is being developed by the ONCE Foundation through Inserta Empleo with co-financing from the European Social Fund, with the aim of increasing the training and employment of people with disabilities.  
  
The secretary and general director of Inserta Empleo Virginia Carcedo, inaugurated the event by commenting that “Fraternidad-Muprespa has been managing work accidents since 1929 and has highlighted the synergies that can occur between Inserta and Mutua due to disabilities arising from a work accident and prevention of occupational risks”.  
  
As explained by Carlos Aranda “Fraternidad-Muprespa has dedicated this year 2017 to the integration of people with disabilities and with the signing of this agreement, we take a giant step to strengthen the CSR of our Mutual Fund, being able to advance in this very exciting project”.
