# Fraternidad-Muprespa and the Provincial Directorate of the INSS of Malaga have signed a collaboration agreement

The agreement signed between the Provincial Directorate of the INSS of Malaga and the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa, consists of telematic access to the medical history of its insured, in cases of Social Security benefits, which require medical control and monitoring by the INSS.

It is signed based on article 10.1 of RD 625/2014, of July 18, which provides that cooperation and coordination in the management of temporary disability between the INSS, ISM, mutual societies and public health services of the Autonomous Communities and the National Institute of Health Management will be implemented institutionally through agreements, which may be developed through specific agreements.

The specific purpose of this agreement is improve management, control and monitoring of benefits derived from work incapacity, both temporary and permanent, due to common or professional contingency.

The agreement was signed by Manuel Prieto García, Provincial Director of the INSS-Málaga, true promoter of the same after detecting a real need for improvement in the coordination of management, and therefore Esteban Mate de Miguel, deputy general director of Management of Fraternidad-Muprespa, a mutual company always concerned with offering the best patient care and optimizing the public resources assigned to it.

Also present at the event were Fuensanta Galán Bejarano, provincial deputy director of Administrative Information, Contribution Reports and Subsidies and the Dr. Francisca Toscano Nieblas, EVI doctor, on behalf of the INSS. As well as Sonia Medrano Pascual, Southern territorial director and José Manuel Crespo Figuerola, provincial director of Malaga of Fraternidad-Muprespa.
