# Fraternidad-Muprespa AWARDED BY THE DINTEL FOUNDATION

 Fraternidad-Muprespa has been honored with the award for its Contact Center and User Service Center, awarded by the Dintel Foundation.

The award was presented at the Contact Centers & CAUs 2012 Congress, held in Madrid on March 7, 2012.  
The special mention went to the constant support, both to its members and mutualists and to its own users, using the most advanced methods and technological resources to do so.

 Fraternidad-Muprespa maintains a multi-channel Contact Center, from which it provides daily assistance to all its mutual members and protected workers, giving special importance to assistance in the use of the corporate website and the Extranet, thus promoting electronic administration.
