[Fraternidad-Muprespa](https://www.fraternidad.com/es-ES/fraternidad-muprespa), [Mutual Collaborator with Security Social](https://www.fraternidad.com/es-ES/mutua-colaboradora-con-la-seguridad-social), has participated in the “Human Factor and Prevention” conference, organized by the Occupational Risk Prevention Center of the Government of Andalusia.

The day was inaugurated by Lola Jariego, Provincial Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa Seville. Manuel Lucas Sebastián participated in it, giving the presentation "Human Factor: Where Are We?" and presented his books "Si Fallor, Sum. Human error and accidents: Analysis of Human and Organizational Factors" and "Errors, mistakes and other complications. Human factor and safety".

These books focus on understanding human error and accidents, analyzing in depth the so-called human and organizational factors and how the main existing theories and models on the human factor have evolved from an evolutionary perspective, that is, observing how they have changed over time until the current moment.
