Provide the best and closest service: this is the objective that has led Fraternidad-Muprespa to develop its Digital Evolution Plan, aware of the importance of digitalization in our life and work. For 20 years, the Mutua has clearly opted for technology and as proof of this, several milestones: in the year 2000 we had a integrated management system. In 2001 we started the first big data in the sector. 2002 was the year in which the Mutua incorporated a corporate intranet and in 2004 we created the services extranet to better relate to our clients. It was the antecedent of the current Digital Office. In 2005 we undertook projects such as paperless care center wave electronic medical record.

For all this we can say that Fraternidad-Muprespa is carrying out a process of Digital Evolution and putting our more than 20 years of experience at the service of people.We are digital pioneers.
