NEW VERSION OF THE ISO 9001:2015 STANDARD AND EXPERIENCES IN NEW MANAGEMENT APPROACHES 23/06/2014 News On June 18, a technical conference entitled:The new version of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and experiences in new management models. It has been organized by the Quality Management Subcommittee (CGES) of the C.O.E.I.C., and has had the collaboration of AENOR and Fraternidad-Muprespa. He presented the day Mr. Josep María Rovira, Vice-Dean of the C.O.E.I.C., who gave the floor to Mr. Josep María Cluet, Technical Secretary of the SC Quality Management and Systems Manager of the Training and Work Foundation, who proceeded to present the different speakers, as well as moderate the final debate. Mrs. Tania Marcos, member of the ISO TC 176 Committee, as a first at the state level, presented the most innovative aspects shown by the new version of the ISO 9001 standard and commented on the lines of action for the implementation of the new requirements in companies and how to address changes in the management systems that are already implemented. In the section of experiences and success stories Mr. Miguel Ángel Estruga, Member of the AEN/CTN 307-Risk Management Technical Committee, and Consultant at MAASTRICHT CONSULTANTS, gave the presentation "From Risk Management to Systems Planning and Integrability" in which, in addition to explaining in a practical way how to implement a Risk Management (ERM) model, he commented on the advantages derived for the company such as those of exercising the function of "catalyst" of the different management systems, or those of facilitating and ensuring the achievement of defined objectives. Finally, it was mentioned how by combining aspects of "Planning", "Risks", and "Integration", the ERIM (Enterprise Risk Integrated Management) model was reached, with the consequent added advantages. Next , D. Raúl del Amo, Technical Quality and Project Coordinator of Fraternidad-Muprespa, gave a presentation titled “ “Patient safety data management and integrability” and commented on the process followed in the implementation of the different management systems in the company, the support and indicator system and finally, the way in which Fraternidad-Muprespa will face the migration of the system towards the new requirements of the standard, version 2015. Mr. José Luis Delgado, Head of Systems and Risk Management of the Aguas de Valencia group, made the presentation “Sustainability and integrability”, in which he described how the company addresses the management of business risks and specifically those of an environmental and sustainability nature of the company. Mr. Eleuterio Tortosa, Director of large clients of Catalunya-Aragón-Balerares and Mr. José Luís González, Head of Organization and Processes at CESCE, developed the presentation "System integrability. Towards a single management system", in which they influenced the integration of management systems and the way of managing risk, complying with the requirements of the Solvency II program, applicable to the insurance sector. The closing of the event was carried out by Ms. Eva Will Rise, Director of AENOR in Catalonia and Mr. Gian Lluis Ribechinni, President of the Business Management Commission, who thanked on behalf of the C.O.E.I.C. the attendance of the large audience, as well as the participation of the speakers and the involvement of companies in the event.
