# Fraternidad-Muprespa, HAS HELD A BACK WORKSHOP IN ALICANTE

On March 3, the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa of Alicante, has held a “Back School” workshop in the facilities provided by the company INAER, aimed at the affiliated workers of the Mutual Fund.

Mr. Víctor José Saz Sánchez, Provincial Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Alicante, opened the day by thanking everyone present for their attendance and presented the workshop.  
   
He then intervened Mr. Ignacio Álvarez Rodríguez, Head of Occupational Risk Prevention at INAER, who has highlighted the importance of these workshops.  
   
 Mr. José Vicente Sastre Pinto, Physiotherapist at the Provincial Directorate of Alicante ,  He has taught the back workshop, composed of a theoretical part and a practical part. It has developed a series of exercises to acquire healthy postural habits, prevent problems or other injuries, correct and strengthen our spine from repetitive movements and efforts or poor posture, which are the main risk factors for the appearance of back injuries.
