# Fraternidad-Muprespa HAS PARTICIPATED IN VALLADOLID IN THE ULISES HR FORUM

Last Friday, June 21, a meeting of the Ulysses HR Forum of the Valladolid Chamber of Commerce.

The Ulises Forum is a meeting point for ideas, concerns, reflections and debates about the human factor of organizations in which exclusively HR Directors and People Management Technicians from companies associated with the Chamber of Commerce of Valladolid participate.

The meeting was also attended by representatives, professors and students from the Business School of the Valladolid Chamber of Commerce.

The mutual fund Fraternidad-Muprespa was one of the protagonists of the event and participated as a speaker on its behalf.Mr. Pedro Serrera Cobos, Deputy Director General of Information Systems, presenting "New philosophy of interpersonal communication and its impact on people management" which served to share with those present the Mutual Fund's experience in the use of 2.0 communication and people management tools. Afterwards, a lively debate was generated among those attending.

The meeting closed Mr. José Herrador, Academic Director of the Chamber's Business School, thanking the attendees for their contributions and Fraternidad-Muprespa for their participation in the forum.
