The working group was led by Rafael Domenech, director of the Mutua's Legal Advisory and Services center, who detailed the cases and sections in which the company.

The meeting made it possible to resolve mutual members' doubts on this issue, for example, who is in charge of data processing, what obligations the Mutual Fund has as the person responsible for having access to said data and how the information collected by technical and health professionals is managed.

The work session focused on the issue of privacy and how to manage it correctly, analyzing why, how and when said data can be transferred.Jordi Batalla, provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Barcelona, ​​thanked those present for their attendance and participation and closed the information day.
