The event, held in the Aula Magna of the Jiménez Díaz Foundation, had the purpose of publicizing successful experiences by actors and organizations in the sector, both public and private. Martha Villanueva, director of AEC, and Alberto Pardo, deputy general director of Healthcare Quality of the Community of Madrid, inaugurated the day, in which Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, was present. Pedro Serrera, deputy director general of Information Systems and Services of the Mutua, gave the presentation 'Good practices and implementation of Patient Experience', where he explained how the infrastructure of a hospital affects the patient experience.
