# Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in a course directed by the Illustrious Bar Association of Madrid

During the months of October, November and December, the study center of the Illustrious Bar Association of Madrid directs a course on "Labor procedural practice."

Our companion José Isaúl Alejos Sánchez, a lawyer at the Fraternidad-Muprespa Legal Advice and Services Center, has participated in these training sessions by teaching a course related to the procedure for challenging disciplinary sanctions imposed by companies or employers on their workers. “The procedure regulated in articles 114 and 115 – LRJS, deal extensively with all procedural aspects (demand requirements, prior acts, expiration periods, content of the sentence, appealability of the same, etc.).

In line with this, a detailed analysis is made of the foundation, limits and mode of exercise of corporate disciplinary power, with careful attention to the principles of sanctioning law (typicality, legality, presumption of innocence, non bis in idem, etc.), formalities that companies must respect to impose a sanction, and with an extensive specific study related to the prescription of disciplinary offenses.
