On June 18, the CRM, ERP & BI Day event, also known as the digital transformation fair, was held in Madrid. Companies such as Mazda, Fides Capital, Neck&Neck, ING, Kiwoko, BBVA or Fraternidad-Muprespa explored the information needs of managers and their organizations. The event had more than 400 registrants who were able to listen and discuss relevant aspects regarding the use of information in organizations. The event, one of the most dynamic in technology, invited debate and practice, as 3 rooms were set up with demos to learn about technological tools that allow improving performance and measuring how they impact the decisions made by managers.

Fraternidad-Muprespa, as a reference in digital transformation, participated in the event with an exhibition about “How organizations should exploit information” through Esteban Mate de Miguel, Deputy Director General of Management. The meaning of his presentation invited business directors to work “completely aligned” with ICT managers to promote organizations and achieve the set objectives. In his presentation he invited the attendees (among whom there were CEOs, CIOs or BI managers) to replace monthly reports with weekly reports to gain decision-making and monitoring capacity.“With traditional monthly closings an organization can analyze its organization and make decisions 12 times a year, with weekly closings that capacity is multiplied by 4.”
