# Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in the VIII communication sessions on work accidents at the Puerta de Hierro University Hospital

On March 9, the “VIII Communication Conference on Workplace Accidents Organized by the Community of Madrid” was held at the Puerta de Hierro University Hospital in Majadahonda (Madrid), in which Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, among other institutions.

The event was presented by Pablo Calvo Sanz, general director of Human Resources and Labor Relations of the Madrid Health Service;Ricardo Herranz Quintana, managing director of the Puerta de Hierro University Hospital;Pilar Baides Gonzalvo, chief medical evaluator, of the general subdirectorate of Coordination of Medical Units and Mª Luisa Rodríguez de la Pinta, head of the SPRL section of the Puerta de Hierro University Hospital, who have highlighted their satisfaction with the interest generated by these sessions and have given a warm welcome to all attendees.

The day has been organized into two tables, the first related to “Actions in response to work accidents”, where representatives of the Public Health Service inspection, Primary Care, the INSS Inspection, Fraterprevention and the Labor Inspection have participated.

As a representative of the Social Security Mutual Collaborators, he has participated in this table José Ignacio Mora Blanco, director of the Care Coordination and IT Control Center of Fraternidad-Muprespa, who first explained the project of the new hospital of Subsequently, he gave an interesting presentation, in which he simply explained the management of the injured person from a healthcare point of view, dealing with everything from the admission process, through the determination of contingency and the final step with the healing of the patient.

In the second table, eminently practical cases related to the topic were discussed.

The closing of the day was carried out Luis Sánchez Galan, Deputy Director General of Coordination of Medical Units of the General Directorate of the INSS.
