Also present on behalf of the Mutual were Natalia Fdez. The first of the certificates, according to the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2008 Standard, has been renewed in 92 centers and expanded its scope to 101 Mutual centers, certifying that Fraternidad-Muprespa has implemented a Quality Management System. Fundamentally, the advantages it presents are the improvement of processes and thus the elimination of the costs of “non-quality” and achieving a job well done and in a sustainable manner, encouraging greater involvement of professionals. The UNE-EN ISO 14001:2004 certificate has been renewed in 26 centers, expanding its scope to another 22, making a total of 48 centers of the Entity. Fraternidad-Muprespa is aware of the importance of preserving the environment, natural resources and the necessary reduction of the negative impact that our activity may create on the environment.
