# Fraternidad-Muprespa RENEWS COMMITMENT TO CORPORATE DIVERSITY MANAGEMENT

On December 13 at the Lázaro Galdiano Museum in Madrid, the Diversity Foundation has held an institutional day that has framed 3 events; the delivery of the “ Second recognitions in business diversity management”, the granting of the “ Alares ESR certificates and seals for a socially responsible company with its employees” and a new “ “Diversity Charter signing ceremony”.

Manuel Porrua García, director of the Human Resources and CSR center of the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa  has been in charge of renewing the signature of the Diversity Charter of which the Entity has been a part since 2013. Adherence to the Charter is the result of the actions and policies that the Mutual carries out within the framework of the Equality and Corporate Social Responsibility Plan.

María Eugenia Girón Dávila, president of Diversity Foundation, presented the event by highlighting how it is necessary to change the model with which organizations manage aspects related to people, since they are the main asset in companies.

He then took the floor Javier Benavente Barrón, president of Alares Foundation, who has explained how both foundations work so that all people, regardless of where they live or social or economic situation, have access to basic minimum personal assistance services, which allow them to maintain their independence and access their personal, work and social development.  
  
Red Wonders Turret, patron of Fundación Diversidad, has given a keynote conference where she explained how organizations are increasingly advancing and learning to incorporate diversity in our companies. “ Social risk is called equity and poverty"For this reason, it has encouraged us to move forward in this much-needed management of improving equity and analyze how we have to enhance talent in a very different context than the one we were in 10 years ago. "We need collective talent and social capital."

Luis Galindo, writer and lecturer, was in charge of closing the event with a brilliant exhibition, which moved and motivated the 150 attendees who were at the Lázaro Galdiano Museum, where he highlighted the keys to living with hope and making, together, a better society and world.
