# Fraternidad-Muprespa signs its III Equality Plan for the period 2018-2020

On December 21, the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa has signed with the unions the III Equality Plan of the Mutual Fund for the period 2018-2020 in order to continue guaranteeing equal opportunities for people who work in the Entity, promote conciliation and co-responsibility of all of them and maintain and increase prevention, action and protection actions against gender-based or sexual violence, in any area.

For the first time and as a novelty, they establish specific conciliation actions aimed at the healthcare group, which will contribute to reinforcing the commitment in the search for excellence in the health services provided by the Mutua.

The new Equality Plan is also proactive to respond to the numerous changes that are occurring in our society, changes that demand actions that take into account the needs of everyone and in relation to all possible family or gender situations. Co-responsibility, the wage gap or the digital gender gap are also other objectives included in it.

The Equality Plan, signed with the Union Sections of the Mutua de CCOO and UGT,affects all employees of the entity, of which more than 59% are women.

The Equality Commission established in the Mutual Fund in 2008 will continue to be in charge of carrying out the evaluation and monitoring of the Plan's actions, for which purpose it will meet quarterly.
