#  Free permanent care service 



At Fraternidad-Muprespa we make the Permanent Telephone Service available to protected workers and their companies.

This free customer service, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, is mainly focused on providing support in emergency situations; and it is accessed through the number:

Likewise, if the worker is posted abroad they can access this service through the number:

Contact the Permanent Care Telephone Center if you need to:

* Know the care center closest to the place where the accident occurred (and if you need hospital admission, look for the most appropriate hospital.)
* Request the urgent evacuation of an injured person and coordinate the necessary means for rapid assistance.
* Coordinate health care for workers posted abroad.
* Resolve any issue about our medical and administrative services.
