#  How should direct payment by someone else be processed? 



## Personal identification documentation

* National Identity Document (D.N.I./N.I.F.) or if you are a foreigner, residence card.

Documents associated with the leave (only for Common Contingencies)

* Medical part of the leave.
* Confirmation part following the last subscribed by the company.
* Medical discharge report ( if it has already been issued ).
