# II XPROTX Prevention Weeke99f2c79XPROTX

Prevention week

For the second year Fraternidad-Muprespa organizes its “ II Prevention Week coinciding with April 28 World Day for Safety and Health at Work. This year it is proposed to present risk prevention to those who will be the “workers of the future”.

The Mutual has wanted to bring the “preventive culture to school", to teachers and also to students, today's children will be the future workers and businessmen of tomorrow, those who unconsciously incorporate the value of PREVENTION within themselves and therefore, put it into practice naturally. In addition, the group of teachers will be reinforced in teachings on occupational risk prevention.

Activities will be carried out in 156  schools where prevention talks, first aid talks and preventive drawing contests have been prepared. Training for teachers and students, raising awareness to avoid workplace accidents.

Other activities that make up the prevention week are: Popular race, marches for prevention, information stands, release of commemorative balloons, exhibition of old prevention posters in some of our centers and at the Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas airport, practical first aid workshops, voice school, prevention talks, training activities, etc. These and many more activities, until completing others 137 throughout the national territory. Always with a friendly character and awareness of occupational health and safety, a task in which Mutual Insurance Companies must actively participate.

The main event will be held in Madrid (Hotel Urban) on April 28 at 11:30 a.m. with the delivery of the V XPROTX Awardsb02438f8XPROTX 2804 to safety and health at work.

World Day for Safety and Health at Work promotes the prevention of work accidents and occupational diseases around the world. It is an awareness campaign aimed at focusing attention on the magnitude of the problem and how creating and promoting a culture of safety and health can help reduce the number of work-related accidents.
