# Jorge Vidal, Data Protection delegate of Fraternidad-Muprespa at a conference on Cybersecurity

On May 31 Minsait by Indra, global technology and consulting company, has organized a conference on cybersecurity in Madrid at the Hotel de las Letras.

Among other subjects, approaches to GDPR compliance and protection of critical information assets, prevention, detection and response to security incidents and technological risk management have been highlighted.

Jorge Vidal, Data Protection Delegate and Director of Information Systems Security at Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, has actively participated in the debate table moderated by Miguel Martos, director of Symantec, along with representatives of Mapfre, Hiscox y AIG Insurance.

Among other interventions, Jorge Vidal has highlighted the different areas in which our Entity invests great effort, regarding the treatment of processes and risk analysis with the aim of increasing safety aimed at the patient divided into two main aspects: health and technological aspects. He has also invited attendees to participate in the not-too-distant inauguration of the [Hospital Fraternidad-Muprespa Havana](https://www.fraternidad.com/hospital), Fraternidad-Muprespa hospital in Madrid, located at the technological forefront.

This was followed by an intense question-and-answer session in which those present had the opportunity to resolve their doubts.
