# La Mutua in Madrid, participates in the IX Communication Conference: Work Aptitude

On March 8, the "IX COMMUNICATION DAY: Work Aptitude", which on an annual basis, organizes the Prevention Service of the Puerta de Hierro University Hospital in Madrid y the National Social Security Institute of Madrid (INSS).

"Work Aptitude", as the central theme of the day, has generated debate, study of practical cases and presentation of the actions before a not aptitude Attention has even been drawn to the dire consequences of that not aptitude, referring to the possible mental disorders of health personnel.

The event hall of the Holiday Inn Bernabéu Hotel, where the event was held, has practically reached capacity, with capacity for 300 people.

Among the speakers at the round table "Actions in the face of unsuitability" were the presence of Javier Arredondo, Assistance coordinator of Fraternidad-Muprespa of the provincial directorate of Madrid.
