# Natalia Fdez. Laviada explains the characteristics of leadership in a conference at the CPRL in Seville

Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security No. 275, participated this Tuesday, June 13, in the technical day "What if the key to workplace well-being is knowing how to lead?" organized by the Center for Occupational Risk Prevention of Seville, and in which, in a mixed online and in-person format,Natalia Fdez. Laviada, Deputy Director General of Prevention, Quality and Communication, has presented the "Keys to Healthy Leadership" and the weak points or 'kryptonites' that can hinder the achievement of the objective.

Jorge Carbajal, director of the Center, and Lola Jariego, Provincial Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Seville, they welcomed more than a hundred attendees to the event, both in person and via streaming.Mabel Garcia, head of the Training Area at the CPRL, acted as moderator.

Fdez. “Being an effective leader is not only a skill that can be learned, but also a responsibility that must be assumed to guide members of the organization toward achieving common goals,” he highlighted.

He added that leadership "involves much more than giving orders and expecting them to be followed. You are a leader with or without a position, you can be toxic or generous in the organization, help work well-being or make it rarer."

In Fdez's opinion,

“We live in an increasingly complex and competitive world, in which leadership has become even more necessary to face and overcome the challenges that arise in today's changing business environment full of uncertainties,” he explained.

He also spoke about healthy leadership, sharing some keys and weak points ('kryptonites') that can take us away from the objective, adding the antidotes to combat the "narcissistic, stressed, sad, liars or lonely."

Finally, he added that there is a feminine management, a leadership style for women that is neither better nor worse, but different, mentioning some internal and external barriers that arise in the way of inclusive, inclusive and integrative companies of the 21st century.
