# NEW RECOGNITION FOR HEALTH QUALITY FOR Fraternidad-Muprespa. III QH+ ACCREDITATION EDITION 1

The Institute for the Development and Integration of Health (IDIS) has granted accreditation QH+ 1 star a Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, on November 8.

The ceremony for the delivery of QH accreditations to 21 new organizations was held in Madrid and was inaugurated by the president of IDIS,Adolfo Fernández-Valmayor who has shown that “ Without quality there is no commitment and without commitment there is no trust and these accreditations try to recognize what is done well”. Manuel Vilches, general director of IDIS, has congratulated the 21 accredited organizations.

Elena Andradas, general director of Public Health, Quality and Innovation, of the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, commented that “ The accreditations that are delivered today in their third edition are a stimulus to strengthen health promotion”.

Ignacio Herrero, co-founder of The Customer Spirit, gave a conference on "The transformation of companies in the Age of the Customer" of which it is worth highlighting that "Before we thought about the patients and now we have to put ourselves on the side of the patient or client. The hospital does not look the same vertically as it does horizontally."

Natalia Fernández Laviada, deputy director of Prevention, Quality, and Communication of the Mutua, has been in charge of collecting the “QH accreditation + 1 star”.

The QH Accreditation is a unit of measurement that integrates, groups and weights the components of the quality systems applied in Spanish healthcare centers. It is a unique, universal and free recognition of quality, which in this case has been delivered to Fraternidad-Muprespa for implementing a progressive and continuous quality system over time. This accreditation must be renewed or improved every two years.
