# ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF Fraternidad-Muprespa

Yesterday, Tuesday, July 23, the Ordinary General Meeting of Fraternidad-Muprespa where the accounts corresponding to the 2012 financial year have been approved.

In the words of our President Mr. Carlos Espinosa de los Monteros and Bernaldo de Quirós, despite the fact that we have been in a complicated scenario for six years now that has meant a reduction in fees for the fifth consecutive year, our efforts have been reflected in a 5.3% increase in companies associated with the Mutual Fund compared to 2011.

Expenses have also been reduced Professional Contingencies in a 16,4% and for Common Contingencies a 13,8%.  
Despite the decline in revenue,result higher than the previous year by 16%, reaching the 77.2 million surpluses.

He recognized the efforts of all the Mutua workers for their dedication and work despite the difficult economic situation we are going through.

This year the novelty was the delivery of the 1st XPROTX Awardb02438f8XPROTX a Repsol, a company associated with Fraternidad-Muprespa that has distinguished itself for its sensitivity, effort and concern to guarantee the safety and health of its workers with disabilities.

He collected the award Mrs. Patricia Sanz Madroño, Commercial Labor Relations Manager Repsol.

Along with the economic prize, a sculpture made by Mr. Álvaro Moreno member of the DALMA Foundation, dedicated to the integration of people at risk of exclusion.

The award jury agreed to award a special mention to the company FEAFES-Cáceres, Association of family members and people with mental illness.  
   
The appreciation prize was then awarded to six collaborators of Fraternidad-Muprespa for their loyalty to the Mutua, corresponding to each of the Territorial Directorates.

Finally, the permanence awards were presented to the workers who have been working at the Mutua for 25 years.

Mr. Carlos Espinosa de los Monteros and Bernaldo de Quirós concluded the Ordinary General Meeting thanking all mutual members for their trust in Fraternidad-Muprespa.
