# Pedro Serrera collects the National Facility Management award for the Fraternidad-Muprespa Havana Hospital

The delivery ceremony of the VI Edition of the National Awards for Facility Management & Services was held this Tuesday in the Assembly Hall of the College of Quantity Surveyors of Madrid.

The Award for Merit in Professional or Business Career went to Javier García, a Facility Management professional, with more than 25 years of experience in training for Facility Managers. Finally, Ángel Tejedor received the Extraordinary Jury Prize, for his long career, experience and contribution to the development of the sector, in which he has developed a large part of his professional career.

The doors of Hospital Fraternidad-Muprespa Havana They opened to the public in April 2019 and a few days later it received the LEED Healthcare Platinum Certificate, which accredits, among other things, the sustainability of the center, its energy efficiency and the comfort it offers to patients and professionals.
