# PRESENTATION OF THE ORP GUIDE WITH A GENDER PERSPECTIVE

Fraternidad-Muprespa, he Asturian Women's Institute and the Occupational Risk Prevention Institute On November 15, they presented the collaboration agreement that they will sign soon, whose objective is to prepare a “Guide to good practices in occupational risk prevention with a gender perspective.”

Almudena Cueto Sánchez, general director of Asturian Women's Institute, Ofelia García Hevia, director of the Industrial Hygiene area of ​​the  InstituteAsturian Occupational Risk Prevention y Natalia Fernández Laviada, deputy general director of Prevention, Quality and Communication of the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security No. 275, have been in charge of presenting this agreement, which will serve as a reference for Asturian companies so that in an eminently practical way, they establish the minimum measures and procedures that they must adopt to improve the health of their workers.  
  
The three entities have declared their commitment to equality as well as dissemination, education and awareness-raising in the prevention of work accidents and occupational diseases.

They have also set as a further objective, always starting from the prevention of occupational risks, to achieve a comprehensive approach that encompasses the protection and promotion of health, addressing issues related to both work organization and individual risk factors, including training, leadership, conciliation, motivation and personal development, in order to achieve healthier aging for women in this region.
