#  Prestaciones por riesgo durante el embarazo y durante la lactancia natural 



These are contributory benefits that are within the protective action of [Social Security](/en/social-security) and whose purpose is to compensate for the loss of income suffered by pregnant or breastfeeding working women who have their contract suspended (or whose professional activity ceases, in the case of self-employed workers) due to being exposed to a series of risks that are inevitable and that could harm their health or that of their fetus or baby.
