# PUBLISHED THE NEW ISSUE OF THE MAGAZINE "LA MUTUA" - NUMBER 23.

In this new issue of La Mutua magazine, in its new stage on digital support, we address such a hot topic as THE ROLE OF MUTUAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE 21ST CENTURY.

The reform of collective bargaining is being debated these days, in which the figure of Mutual Insurance Companies is playing a prominent role.

From [Fraternidad Muprespa](/), anticipating this situation, we found it interesting to collect the points of view of the different protagonists:

* The Association of Accident Mutual Insurance Companies (AMAT) through its Managing Director Pedro Pablo Sanz Casado.
* Experts in Labor Law and Social Security such as professors Juan Vicente López Gandía y José Luis Tortuero Plaza.
* Our associated companies through José María De Bona Numancia, Deputy Director of Labor Prevention and Social Action of Iberia.
* And from the union groups through Pedro Linares Rodriguez in his article "Unions with the reform of mutual insurance companies: a pending issue."
 
In the Documentary Observatory we offer the article by our physiotherapy professional,Matias Conde Quintero, on low-power laser therapy and its clinical application.

Accompanying this issue we thought it would be interesting to include several engravings of the BOOK OF OFFICES made by Jost Amman and belonging to the facsimile edition of the first Latin Frankfurt del Main from the year 1568 that is in the National Library of Spain.
