Under the motto “Digital well-being: transforming the future of work, building bridges, generating solutions” this event focuses on how to manage technological risk and digital tools in the company. Fraternidad‑Muprespa has had an outstanding participation.Natalia Fernández Laviada, Deputy General Director of Prevention, Quality and Communication, is a member of the organizing committee and has moderated the first symposium, dedicated to comprehensive well-being and digitalization in the company. He opened the session by thanking the doctor Benilde Serrano its drive and leadership in the organization of the congress and has highlighted the role of the Mutual Collaborators with Social Security, which carry out more than 23 million medical procedures a year and accompany companies in improving occupational health, prevention and management of digital well-being. The study revealed that more than eight out of ten workers spend more than 75% of their day in front of digital devices and the pressure to respond immediately has become normalized behavior in many organizations. “We are confusing” he stated, “be connected with being productive.
