# THE COMPANY ENCE HAS CELEBRATED SAFETY DAY IN ASTURIAS, TOGETHER WITH THE COLLABORATION OF Fraternidad-Muprespa

Day review

The group ENCE (National Pulp Company) at its Navia plant (Asturias), the one with the largest production capacity of the group and the most efficient in the eucalyptus market installed in Europe, held on November 17 the “Safety Day”.  
   
The Director of the Asturian Institute for Occupational Risk Prevention (IAPRL) attended the inauguration,Ms. Miryam Hernandez, and the Plant Director,D. José Antonio Camblor.   
   
Various topics and presentations were developed throughout the day with great reception from the public present.  
   
The Mutual Fraternidad-Muprespa has been invited to collaborate in the conference, through a presentation that has been developed D. Jose Beltran, Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention at Fraternidad-Muprespa in Asturias and which has dealt with musculoskeletal disorders, load handling, healthy lifestyle habits and their impact on the world of work.  
   
The day has been directly linked to the objective that ENCE sets in its own Safety Risk Prevention policy."Zero Accidents." In addition to talking about prevention, the collaborating companies most committed to safety have been recognized, as well as the department most dedicated to this matter in the factory, which has fallen on the machine pasta dryer.  
   
The event was attended by numerous collaborating companies, subcontractors and contractors, union representatives and workers, as well as the Provincial Director in Asturias of Fraternidad-Muprespa, D. Pedro Fernandez and the Director of Avilés Ms. Mayte Belver.  
   
For our Entity it has   It has been a great pride to be able to collaborate with ENCE, a company committed to the Prevention of Occupational Risks and which is achieving so many achievements in this field.
