| On November 13, the Council of Ministers approved a Royal Decree by which it grants the Grand Cross of the Order of Civil Merit a Carlos Espinosa de los Monteros, current president of the Mutual Fraternidad Muprespa.        Espinosa de los Monteros, graduated in Law and Business Management by ICADE, served between 1982 and 1985 as executive president of Iberia y Aviaco. In 1988 he joined Mercedes-Benz Spain, which at that time began a plan for both industrial and commercial growth.
